Purchasing items on our store: If you choose to donate money to our server store, you inherently accept and acknowledge our store terms of service.

Staff screenshare permission: By playing on Purple Prison you inherently acknowledge that staff reserve the right to request to screenshare you for cheats at any point they deem necessary. (Staff use AnyDesk to screenshare users) We understand you want to protect your privacy, and we highly value user privacy, and we will never view files or information on a users computer that isn't related to cheating or Minecraft. Failure to grant permission to screenshare to a staff member will result in a ban correlating to your previous ban history for cheating. Find punishment times: here

In-game item protection: We, as Purple Prison, are not responsible for the actions of you or any user regarding your in-game items, and we do not promise or offer protection for losing, dropping or mishandling items.
